You must upload your supporting documents to your Housing application before your application is made live .

You do not need to contact us as we are notified when any documents are uploaded and will contact you when we have assessed your application.

If you are unable to report an issue online you can call us on our main number 01782 717717 from Monday to Friday between 9am and 3.30pm.

There are answerphone facilities available outside of these hours if you wish to leave a message.

Duty to refer cases to Newcastle under Lyme

Under section 213B of the Homeless reduction Act the public authorities specified in regulations are required to notify a housing authority of service users they consider may be homeless or threatened with homelessness (i.e. it is likely they will become homeless within 56 days).

Before making a referral to us please ensure

1. (a)  you have consent to the referral from the individual;
2. (b) allow the individual to identify the housing authority in England which they would like the notification to be made to; and,
3. (c) have consent from the individual that their contact details can be supplied so the housing authority can contact them regarding the referral.
