Important update regarding logging into your account
Please note from Tuesday 20th August 2024 additional security measures are being added to access your account.
In order to login, you will need three things:
Your username / email address used when creating your account
Your password
New - a unique PIN which will be sent to your registered email address - this will be needed to access your account
After you enter your username and password, you will be prompted to enter the PIN that will be sent to your email address. Without this, you will not be able to login to the website to bid or change any of your details.
This is a new security feature designed to keep your details safe and to prevent unauthorised access to your account. This is sometimes referred to as “Two Factor Authentication” – many of your other services such as online banking apply such principles before you can login.
You don’t need to do anything before this change comes into effect. After the changes take effect, if you have any issues with receiving the “PIN” you will need to check your email account which you registered with nha options please remember to check any spam email boxes.
We will not be able to access this code for you.
Important update regarding property adverts
You must upload all your required proofs before your application can be fully verified and made live.
You will not be able to bid on properties until your application is live.
For help on how to upload your documents please refer to the Help section of the website.
Please remember to upload proof of your local connection areas selected, If no proofs are received the area will be removed from your application.
Update on Bidding
A change has been made to restrict the number of bids that can be placed at any one time this will be now restricted to three. For this any any other changes to the policy please visit the help pages.
